At Enhancing Potential we respond to the business needs of our clients and we are happy to deliver training on or off-site to large or small groups in the UK and overseas.

Having worked with an organisation to establish the best sort of training intervention, we often involve line managers in the delivery working alongside ourselves. This ensures maximum “buy in” and embeds the learning into the organisational culture.

Delegates can expect a highly participative and challenging experience, whether on a specialist one day workshop or a longer training event. We make full use of specifically written case studies, and use presentations and role plays to ensure the learning is as practical and relevant as possible.

Whilst understanding the importance of theory to underpin what we deliver, our training is far from dry or “academically” driven. Instead we prefer to provide upbeat and practical learning laced with humour when required!
