STEWART STONE FCIPD
Stewart spent his early career in
finance and HR before moving into operational sales
roles with several well known recruitment consultancies.
He then specialised in talent management focussing on
resourcing and learning and development, and spent
eleven years with a global recruitment business, the
last five at Board level.
On leaving Michael Page, he took
time out to take his family on a round the world trip,
prior to setting up a successful coaching and training
business and in addition conducted some senior interim
roles, latterly as a Group HR Director.
Passionate about people, he relishes building long term
business relationships and inspiring people to step
outside their comfort zones. Whilst working to the
highest of professional standards, he shuns jargon and
looks to understand what his clients really want and
aims to exceed their expectations.
On a more personal level, he is based in Brighton in the UK, but works internationally. A prolific
photographer, foodie, itinerant traveller and networker,
integrity and energy are his hallmarks.
In summary Stewart has a strong
sense of commercial awareness balanced with an ability
and desire to get the most out of people both in and out
of the working environment.

DAVID LYNN
A thoughtful and results-focused business leader, David has over 35 years’ experience including operating in senior executive/MD roles (to divisional, functional and board level) within a highly-regulated FTSE 100 global company in the financial services industry.
He has also held a variety of C-Suite and board roles (including Chairman, NED and advisory positions) in both the private and public sectors.
David was one of the founding members of CDT Programme Consulting in 2012.
